UFO Sightings by Astronauts Scott Carpenter: "At no time, when the astronauts were in space were they alone: there was a constant surveillance by UFOs."
Photo taken by John Glenn, Mercury 1 Mission - February 26, 1962.Major Gordon CooperOne of the original Mercury Astronauts and the last American to fly in space alone. On May 15, 1963 he shot into space in a Mercury capsule for a 22 orbit journey around the world. During the final orbit, Major Gordon Cooper told the tracking station at Muchea (near Perth Australia) that he could see a glowing, greenish object ahead of him quickly approaching his capsule. The UFO was real and solid, because it was picked up by Muchea's tracking radar. Cooper's sighting was reported by the National Broadcast Company, which was covering the flight step by step; but when Cooper landed, reporters were told that they would not be allowed to question him about the UFO sighting. Major Cooper was a firm believer in UFOs.
Ten years earlier, in 1951 he had sighted a UFO while piloting an F-86 Sabrejet over Western Germany. They were metallic, saucer-shaped discs at considerable altitude and could out-maneuver all American fighter planes. Major Cooper also testified before the United Nations: "I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets... Most astronauts were reluctant to discuss UFOs." "I did have occasion in 1951 to have two days of observation of many flights of them, of different sizes, flying in fighter formation, generally from east to west over Europe." And according to a taped interview by J. L. Ferrando, Major Cooper said: "For many years I have lived with a secret, in a secrecy imposed on all specialists in astronautics. I can now reveal that every day, in the USA, our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us. And there are thousands of witness reports and a quantity of documents to prove this, but nobody wants to make them public.
In December 1965, Gemini astronauts James Lovell and Frank Borman also saw a UFO during their second orbit of their record-breaking 14 day flight. Borman reported that he saw an unidentified spacecraft some distance from their capsule. Gemini Control, at Cape Kennedy told him that he was seeing the final stage of their own Titan booster rocket. Borman confirmed that he could see the booster rocket all right, but that he could also see something completely different. During James Lovell's flight on Gemini 7: Lovell: BOGEY AT 10 O'CLOCK HIGH. Capcom: This is Houston. Say again 7. Lovell: SAID WE HAVE A BOGEY AT 10 O'CLOCK HIGH. Capcom: Gemini 7, is that the booster or is that an actual sighting? Lovell: WE HAVE SEVERAL...ACTUAL SIGHTINGS. Capcom: ...Estimated distance or size? Lovell: WE ALSO HAVE THE BOOSTER IN SIGHT...
According to the NASA Astronaut Neil Armstrong the Aliens have a base on the Moon and told us in no uncertain terms to get off and stay off the Moon. According to hitherto un-confirmed reports, both Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin saw UFOs shortly after that historic landing on the Moon in Apollo 11 on 21 July 1969. I remember hearing one of the astronauts refer to a "light" in or on a crater during the television transmission, followed by a request from mission control for further information. Nothing more was heard. According to a former NASA employee Otto Binder, unnamed radio hams with their own VHF receiving facilities that bypassed NASA's broadcasting outlets picked up the following exchange: NASA: Whats there? Mission Control calling Apollo 11... Apollo11: These "Babies" are huge, Sir! Enormous! OH MY GOD! You wouldn't believe it! I'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there, Lined up on the far side of the crater edge! They're on the Moon watching us!
According to Dr. Vladimir Azhazha: "Neil Armstrong relayed the message to Mission Control that two large, mysterious objects were watching them after having landed near the moon module. But this message was never heard by the public -- because NASA censored it." According to a Dr. Aleksandr Kasantsev, Buzz Aldrin took color movie film of the UFOs from inside the module, and continued filming them after he and Armstrong went outside. Armstrong confirmed that the story was true but refused to go into further detail, beyond admitting that the CIA was behind the cover-up.
Donald Slayton
Donald Slayton a Mercury astronaut revealed in an interview he had seen UFOs in 1951: "I was testing a P-51 fighter in Minneapolis when I spotted this object. I was at about 10,000 feet on a nice, bright, sunny afternoon. I thought the object was a kite, then I realized that no kite is gonna fly that high." As I got closer it looked like a weather balloon, grey and about three feet in diameter. But as soon as I got behind the darn thing it didn't look like a balloon anymore. It looked like a saucer, a disk. About the same time, I realized that it was suddenly going away from me - and there I was, running at about 300 miles per hour. I tracked it for a little way, and then all of a sudden the damn thing just took off. It pulled about a 45 degree climbing turn and accelerated and just flat disappeared."
Joseph A. Walker
On May 11, 1962 NASA pilot Joseph Walker said that one of his tasks was to detect UFOs during his X-15 flights. He had filmed five or six UFOs during his record breaking fifty-mile-high flight in April, 1962. It was the second time he had filmed UFOs in flight. During a lecture at the Second National Conference on the Peaceful Uses of Space Research in Seattle, Washington he said: "I don't feel like speculating about them. All I know is what appeared on the film which was developed after the flight." - Joseph Walker To date none of those films has been released to the public for viewing. Ed White & James McDivitt In June 1965, astronauts Ed White (first American to walk in space) and James McDivitt were passing over Hawaii in a Gemini spacecraft when they saw a weird-looking metallic object. The UFO had long arms sticking out of it. McDivitt took pictures with a cine-camera. Those pictures have never been released. Maurice Chatelain
Major Robert WhiteOn July 17, 1962 Major Robert White reported a UFO during his fifty-eight-mile high flight of an X-15. Major White reported: "I have no idea what it could be. It was grayish in color and about thirty to forty feet away." Then according to a Time Magazine article, Major White exclaimed over the radio: "There ARE things out there! There absolutely is!"

President Eisenhower, as you may already know, was spirited over to Muroc one night during his visit to Palm Springs recently. And it is my conviction that he will ignore the terrific conflict between the various 'authorities' and go directly to the people via radio and television -- if the impasse continues much longer. From what I could gather, an official statement to the country is being prepared for delivery about the middle of May. [5] Of course no such formal announcement was made, and Light’s supposed meeting has either been the best-kept secret of the twentieth century or the fabrication of an elderly mystic known for out of body experiences. The events Light describes in his meeting in terms of the panic and confusion of many of those present, the emotional impact of the alleged landing, and the tremendous difference of opinion on what to do in terms of telling the public and responding to the extraterrestrial visitors, are plausible descriptions of what may have occurred. Indeed, the psychological and emotional impact Light describes for senior national security leaders at the meeting is consistent with what could be expected for such a ‘life changing event’. A further way of determining Light’s claim is to investigate the figures he named along with himself as part of the community delegation, and whether they could have been plausible candidates for such a meeting. Dr Edwin Nourse (1883-1974) was the first chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors to the President (1944-1953) and was President Truman’s chief economic advisor. [6] Nourse officially retired to private life in 1953 and would certainly have been a good choice of someone who could give confidential economic advise to the Eisenhower administration. If Dr Nourse was present at such a meeting, he did so in order to provide his expertise on the possible economic impact of First Contact with extraterrestrials. Another of the individuals mentioned by Light was Bishop MacIntyre. Cardinal James Francis MacIntyre was the bishop and head of the Catholic Church in Los Angeles (1948-1970) and would have been an important gauge for the possible reaction from religious leaders generally, and in particular from the most influential and powerful religious institution on the planet – the Roman Catholic Church. In particular, Cardinal MacIntyre would have been a good choice as a representative for the Vatican since he was appointed the first Cardinal of the Western United States by Pope Pius XII in 1952. Cardinal MacIntyre had sufficient rank and authority to represent the Catholic Church and the religious community in a delegation of community leaders
All Cardinal MacIntyre’s correspondence is closed to
researchers thus making it impossible to confirm what impact the visit
to Muroc had on him and what he communicated to other church leaders
and the Vatican. [7] Cardinal MacIntyre had sufficient rank and
authority to represent the Catholic Church and the religious community
in a delegation of community leaders. The fourth member of the
delegation of community leaders was Franklin Winthrop Allen, a former
reporter with the Hearst Newspapers Group. [8] Allen was 80 years old
at the time, author of a book instructing reporters on how to deal
with Congressional Committee Hearings, and would have been a good
choice for a member of the press who could maintain confidentiality.
The four represented senior leaders of the religious, spiritual,
economic and newspaper communities and were well advanced in age and
status. They would certainly have been plausible choices for a
community delegation that could provide confidential advise on a
possible public response to a First Contact event involving
extraterrestrial races. Such a selection would have constituted a
‘wise men’ group that would have been entirely in character for the
conservative nature of American society in 1954. While Light may well
contrived such a list in a fabricated account or ‘out of body’
experience as Moore implies in his analysis, there is nothing in
Light’s selection that eliminates the possibility that they were
plausible members of such a delegation. [9] At face value then, the
selection of such a ‘wise men’ group gives some credence to Light’s
claim. It may be concluded then that following items all make up
circumstantial evidence that a meeting with extraterrestrials
occurred. The first is Eisenhower’s missing night. The second is the
weak ‘cover story’ used for Eisenhower’s absence. The third is Light’s
description of actual events at the meeting in terms of the
psychological and emotional impact of the described meeting which is
consistent with what could be anticipated. The final is Light’s
description of the composition of community leaders or ‘wise men’ at
the meeting. These four items collectively provide circumstantial
evidence that a meeting with extraterrestrials occurred and that
Eisenhower was present.
Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communications It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be Spaceships. Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communications. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the Equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project Sigma, and a new project, Plato, through radio communications using the computer binary language, was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this race of space aliens. In the meantime a race of human looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government. This alien group warned us against the aliens that were orbiting the Equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition. They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology which we then possessed. They believed that we would use any new technology to destroy each other. This race stated that we were on a path of self destruction and we must stop killing each other, stop polluting the Earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony. These terms were met with extreme suspicion, especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament. It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of an obvious alien threat. We also had nothing in history to help with the decision. Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States. The humanoid extraterrestrial race was not willing to enter into technology exchanges that might help weapons development, and instead was focused on spiritual development The overtures were rejected. [10] The significant point about Cooper’s version is that the humanoid extraterrestrial race was not willing to enter into technology exchanges that might help weapons development, and instead was focused on spiritual development. Significantly, the overtures of these extraterrestrials were turned down. Confirmation that the First Contact meeting involved extraterrestrials who were effectively spurned for taking what might be considered a principled stand on technology assistance and nuclear weapons comes from the son of a former Navy Commander who claimed that his father had been present at the First Contact event on February 20-21, 1954. According to Charles L. Suggs, a retired Sgt from the US Marine Corps, his father Charles L. Suggs, (1909-1987) was a former Commander with the US Navy who attended the meeting at Edwards Air force base with Eisenhower. [11] Sgt Suggs recounted his father’s experiences from the meeting in a 1991 interview with a prominent UFO researcher: Charlie's father, Navy Commander Charles Suggs accompanied Pres. Ike along with others on Feb. 20th. They met and spoke with 2 white-haired Nordics that had pale blue eyes and colorless lips. The spokesman stood a number of feet away from Ike and would not let him approach any closer. A second nordic stood on the extended ramp of a bi-convex saucer that stood on tripod landing gear on the landing strip. According to Charlie, there were B-58 Hustlers on the field even though the first one did not fly officially till 1956. These visitors said they came from another solar system. They posed detailed questions about our nuclear testing. [12] Another ‘whistleblower’ who confirms that First Contact involved an extraterrestrial race being spurned for their principled stand on technology transfer is the son of the famous creator of the Lear Jet, William Lear. John Lear is a former Lockheed L-1011 Captain who flew over 150 test aircraft and held 18 world speed records, and during the late 1960's, 1970's and early 1980's was a contract pilot for the CIA. Lear developed a close relationship with CIA Director (DCI) William Colby who was in charge of covert operations in Vietnam before becoming DCI. According to Lear there had indeed been a warning from another race prior to an agreement being eventually signed, and he claimed they visited Muroc/Edward and the following occurred:
In 1954, President Eisenhower met with a
representative of another alien species at Muroc Test Center THE 1954 TREATY WITH THE GREY EXTRATERRESTRIALS
Cooper explained the terms of
the 1954 treaty reached with the Grey extraterrestrials as
follows: The treaty stated that the aliens would not interfere in
our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep
their presence on earth a secret. They would furnish us with
advanced technology and would help us in our technological
development. They would not make any treaty with any other Earth
nation. They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis
for the purpose of medical examination and monitoring of our
development, with the stipulation that the humans would not be
harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, would have
no memory of the event, and that the alien nation would furnish
Majesty Twelve with a list of all human contacts and abductees on
a regularly scheduled basis. [19] Another whistleblower source for
a treaty having been signed is Phil Schneider, a former geological
engineer that was employed by corporations contracted to build
underground bases worked extensively on black projects involving
extraterrestrials. He revealed his own knowledge of the treaty in
the following: Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration,
the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of
the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was
called the 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement
that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their
implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to
give details about the people involved. [20] Schneider’s knowledge
of the treaty would have come from his familiarity with a range of
compartmentalized black projects and interaction with other
personnel working with extraterrestrials. Yet another
whistleblower source for an agreement being signed is Dr Michael
Wolf, who claims to have served on various policy-making
committees responsible for extraterrestrial affairs for twenty
five years. [21] He claims that the Eisenhower administration
entered into the treaty with an extraterrestrial race and that
this treaty was never ratified as constitutionally required. [22]
Significantly, a number of whistleblowers argue that the treaty
that was signed involved some compulsion on the part of the
extraterrestrials. Don Phillips is a former Air force serviceman
and employee on clandestine aviation projects who testified having
seen documents describing the meeting between President Eisenhower
and extraterrestrials, and the background to a subsequent
agreement: We have records from 1954 that were meetings between
our own leaders of this country and ET’s here in California. And,
as I understand it from the written documentation, we were asked
if we would allow them to be here and do research. I have read
that our reply was well, how can we stop you? You are so advanced.
And I will say by this camera and this sound, that it was
President Eisenhower that had this meeting. [23] Col Phillip Corso,
a highly decorated officer that served in Eisenhower’s National
Security Council alluded to a treaty signed by the Eisenhower
administration with extraterrestrials in his memoirs. He wrote:
“We had negotiated a kind of surrender with them
[extraterrestrials] as long as we couldn’t fight them. They
dictated the terms because they knew what we most feared was
disclosure.” [24] Corso’s claim of a ‘negotiated surrender’
suggests that some sort of agreement or ‘treaty’ was reached which
he was not happy with.
According to Wolf, the extraterrestrials were Greys from the fourth planet of the star system Zeta Reticulum
.Under no circumstances is
the general public or the public press to learn of the existence of
these entities. The official government policy is that such creatures
do not exist, and that no agency of the federal government is now
engaged in any study of extraterrestrials or their artifacts.
The controversial Cooper had been subjected to
undoubtedly the longest and most intense military-intelligence efforts
to discredit or intimidate any whistleblower revealing classified
information. The non-disclosure policy developed for the
extraterrestrial presence is most likely due to a profound policy
dilemma on the part of responsible national security officials. This
dilemma comes from uncertainty over what the true benefits of the
purported 1954 treaty were, and what the consequences of the treaty
would be. While the signing of the treaty provided US national
security agencies an opportunity to study extraterrestrial
technologies, and to observe the extraterrestrial biological program
with abducted civilians, it appeared the treaty was not as beneficial
as was first thought due to excessive abductions of US civilians. The
subsequent behavior of the Greys in their interactions with US
national security agencies was the most likely reason for deferring a
decision to release news of the treaty and the extraterrestrial
presence to the global public. According to Lights’ testimony,
Eisenhower had indicated to those present on February 20-21, 1954,
that an announcement would be made soon after the First Contact event.
Since this didn’t occur, and a treaty was eventually signed with a
different group of extraterrestrials, the Greys, this suggested that
the national security agencies were deeply divided over the wisdom of
disclosing this information, and alarmed by the possible public
reaction to the Grey activities.

George Bush (Sr.) and UFOs
Cameron wrote that "Of all the Presidents that have been faced with the UFO problem, George Bush seemed, on the surface, to be the best qualified President to have been given the secret. He spent a year as Director of Central Intelligence, the head of the entire United States Intelligence Community for President Ford. Then as DCI, he was in charge of giving intelligence briefings to Jimmy Carter during his transition to the Presidency in 1976."
" I know some. I know a fair amount." George Bush
replying in 1988 to a question about UFOs while campaigning to
become President. " I am very careful in public life about dealing
with classified information." Bush in 1988 debate with Dukakis. Of
all the Presidents that have been faced with the UFO problem, George
Bush seemed, on the surface, to be the best qualified President to
have been given the secret. He spent a year as Director of Central
Intelligence, the head of the entire United States Intelligence
Community for President Ford. Then as DCI, he was in charge of
giving intelligence briefings to Jimmy Carter during his transition
to the Presidency in 1976. Only four years later Bush was again
receiving the President’s Daily Briefing while a running mate with
Ronald Reagan during his candidacy for the Presidency. For eight
years, while vice-president under Reagan, "he read the current
intelligence publications every day and requested a great deal of
additional support (from the CIA) for his meetings with foreign
leaders." While President he limited the number of people who could
read the Presidential Daily briefing, "to ensure that the Agency
felt free to include more sensitive material." He started each day
with a briefer from the CIA presenting him the latest intelligence.
Besides limiting the number of people who had access to the
Presidential Daily Briefing book, all briefing books had to be
returned the same day. The security conscious Bush wanted to prevent
leaks.
Who better to know the ultimate Top Secret about UFOs, than the man
the CIA named the headquarters compound in Langley Virginia The
George Bush Center for Intelligence? The CIA spoke glowingly of
him: "CIA’s relationship with Bush was undoubtedly the most
productive it had enjoyed with any of the nine presidents it served
since the Agency’s founding in 1947...more than any other President,
he was an experienced consumer of national-level
intelligence...President Bush was uniquely and extraordinarily well
informed." The numerous actions of George Bush may have been the
reason that for the entire time Bush was Vice-President and then
President rumors ran through the UFO community that Bush was a
member of the Majestic Twelve Group that controlled and managed the
UFO situation. The UFO incidents in the Bush Presidency were few and
far between. This lack of disclosure may have gone back to George
Bush’s term as the head of the CIA for Gerald Ford. Bush had learned
the reasons for keeping secrets, and remained tight-lipped about the
UFO situation while President. Part of the lack of UFO incidents was
undoubtedly due to the fact that President Bush only served one term
in the White House. The addition of Dan Quail as Vice-President only
added to the apparent weakness of the Presidency. In a letter from
the Bush library they informed this author that there was only one
UFO document in the entire Presidential collection. Does these mean
that the UFO phenomena went away during the Bush years, or that Bush
was able to deflect all UFO paperwork to other agencies such as the
Air Force, NASA, or highly classified black-budget programs set up
to specifically deal with the UFO situation away from the probing
eyes of the public? In 1988, during his campaign to become
President, George Bush broke with his standard silence on the UFO
issue. The incident reawakened all the Ufologists who had believed
for years that George Bush was one of the key members of the MJ-12
group that was covering things up. The incident occurred on March
7, 1988, during a trip to a George Bush for President Rally in
Rogers, Arkansas. George Bush was about to go into a building to
meet with reporters when a UFO researcher approached him by the name
of Charles Huffer. Huffer. In the days before 911, Huffer and his
tape recorder were allowed to walk up to the Vice-president and ask
him the UFO question all the conspiracy buffs had wanted asked for
years. "Mr. Bush, Mr. President," asked Mr. Huffer (in the
excitement of the moment Mr. Huffer called him President). "Will you
tell the people the truth about UFOs?" "Yeah," replied Bush. Then
realizing what he has just said Bush added, "If we can find it, what
it is. We are really interested." "You’ll have it, you’ll have it."
said Huffer. "It’s in there. (I meant it would be in his briefing
when he became president) Declassify it and tell us, ok?" "OK,"
said Bush, " alright, yes." Bush then entered the building where he
met with the local Arkansas press. Huffer remained outside waiting
for Bush to come back out. When he did emerge from the building,
Huffer his tape recorder running told George Bush, "Going to hold
you to that promise." "Alright," replied Bush. "OK," said Huffer,
"you’re going to get it." (I meant the UFO information). "Why don’t
you send me some information about it? " asked Bush. "Naw," said
Huffer, "you’re a CIA man. You know all that stuff." " I know some,"
replied Bush. "I know a fair amount"
The Bush Huffer encounter quickly sped through the UFO community. No
one, however, had the details. UFO newsletters and magazines wrote
that someone had asked Bush the UFO question, and that he had
confirmed something. Many of the stories had him confirming he was
with MJ-12. By the time George Bush entered the White House the
story had died down. Huffer had come close to shaking loose the UFO
answer from a sitting Vice-president, and former director of all
dozen U.S. intelligence agencies. The effort failed because no one
came to Huffer aide with new questions. It was a situation similar
to a situation that would occur in the Clinton White House when
Deborah Orin from the New York Post stood up in a White House Press
conference and asked about President Clinton giving his friend
Webster Hubble the job of finding out if there were UFOs. Orin
reported that she asked her question, and then went back with a
follow-up. Clinton’s Press Secretary was able to deflect both
questions. Orin waited for another reporter to use one of their
questions to help get an answer. The other reporters as Orin phrased
it, "they rolled over and played dead."
Like Clinton, Bush was able to make it around the bases to the White
House without being tagged. Now protected by the world’s best
security, and a White House press corps that wouldn’t ask the UFO
question if the flying saucer landed on the White House lawn,
President Bush did not have to worry about answering the UFO
question again.
Stars Wars and Martian Aliens: There was an event in the Bush
administration, which was not a provable direct action by the
President, but it did harken back to Ronald Reagan and his alien
invasion speeches. The newspaper writer Billy Cox mentioned it in a
letter to this author. " I don’t know if you caught Nightline last
week," wrote Cox, "but it dealt with the new, unprecedented spirit
of cooperation between the KGB and the CIA. X-CIA chief Bill Colby
said this new data sharing was like something you would expect the
superpowers to do if there were an extraterrestrial threat. Shades
of Ronald Reagan." Perhaps the invading aliens were from Mars.
George Bush was rumored to be a big advocate of Mars exploration.
The story circulated that Bush had words with Soviet leader
Gorbachev when they met at sea for a summit at a place called the
Bay of Mars. One of the Ufologists who claimed contact with the Bush
White House on the Martian issue was Richard Hoagland.
Bush Talks Star Travel: President Ronald Reagan had while president
signed a national space policy. Included in the goals of the space
policy "to expand human presence and activity beyond Earth orbit
into the solar system." When President Bush took over as President
he made a speech on the steps of the National Air and Space Museum
down the mall from the White House. The speech indicated that Bush
was promising to go even farther than Reagan had dreamed. You are
the children of the new century - raise your eyes to the heavens and
join us in a great dream - an American dream - a dream without end.
Americans will follow the path of Pioneer 10. We will travel to
neighboring stars, to new worlds, to discover the unknown. And it
will not happen in my lifetime, and probably not during the lives of
my children, but a dream to be realized by future generations must
begin with this generation." For those who hoped that the former CIA
Director would reveal the truth of the UFO, the speech given to mark
the 20th anniversary of man’s first flight to the moon was a
positive sign. Unfortunately somewhere on the way to disclosing the
truth President Bush lost his way.
Protection for Bush? Perhaps one of the strangest Presidential UFO
stories comes from circumstances surrounding an abduction of a lady
by the name of Linda Napolitano that occurred in November 1989, and
disclosures made about the case by Dr. Steven Greer. In order to
understand the story one must review what Dr. Greer’s world view
regarding Extraterrestrial visitations, and with the associated
abduction phenomena. Greer has made it quite clear that he does not
agree with the interpretation of the abduction phenomena as it is
written up by a number of researchers who have studied the abduction
phenomena. This view, expressed by Ufologists such as Bud Hopkins,
contents that aliens are abducting humans as part of some sort of
genetic program. Dr. Greer, on the other hand, believes that a
renegade "black-budget" group can explain almost all of these
"abductions." This is done using deceptive, psychological warfare on
the American people. Greer maintains that the group possesses the
developed technology to make members of the public believe evil
aliens have abducted them, or that they have talked to God, or
anything else they chose to have them believe. In a 1999 interview
Dr. Greer explained: "We have...advanced black budget covert
projects that operate outside of any constitutional oversight have
taken extraterrestrial materials and biological matter and created
scenarios using those to make it look like there are
extraterrestrial events going on which are, in fact, 100 percent
human in origin. For example, the Grays that I know that exist are
artificial biological life forms that are made out at a facility in
New Mexico named Dulce which is connected underground to Los
Alamos." "We have already cloned not only humans, but things that
look extraterrestrial but aren't. They're based on the genetic
material that we have retrieved. I'm telling you on the record for
the first time that we do have this ability and I have people who
can confirm this."
"Humans have also been targeted for abduction by paramilitary units
using very sophisticated warfare systems, electronics that can
interface with consciousness and have set up these things called,
‘abductions.’" "I'm not saying that every person who's had an ET
encounter has been the victim of a military encounter, but the ones
you hear about for the most part are victims of military operations.
This sounds more bizarre than saying there are ETs, but it also
happens to be the truth. I have spoken to people who have been on
abduction squads and they don't know why they're doing this. They're
commanded to do it and they do it. For many years we have had what
are called, "alien reproduction vehicles," that look like UFOs but
are manufactured by a consortium of companies such as Lockheed
Martin, Northrup, E-Systems, and SAIC and others. These things in
conjunction with electronics that allow an interface with conscious
thought and the conscious state of a human have been used to
simulate extraterrestrial abductions. What's disturbing about this
is that people who have had real ET encounters have subsequently
been targeted for this kind of faux experience to confuse the
database and put a spin of fear on the subject. There has been a
deliberate attempt to demonize and frighten people about this issue.
Abductions, cattle mutilations, and other frightening scenarios have
been militarily orchestrated for the purpose of putting information
out which would discredit the field in the eyes of mainstream
scientists, policy makers, and the media. The reason behind this is
that people profit from war. Military spending in the world just hit
a trillion dollars this year. To grow it to a three trillion dollar
business in the next millennia, you've got to have an enemy off
planet, because everyone knows that with every small country in the
world getting nuclear weapons, we can't afford any more
international conflicts that are of any significance. There is an
attempt in my opinion to export this "threat."... Instead of the
"evil empire" being the Soviet Union, there has been an attempt to
gradually indoctrinate and condition people to be afraid of and to
hate everything extraterrestrial so that there could be a
justification for the military industrial complex to have a very
strong, space-based presence in the next century."
The power to abduct is according to Greer the ultimate "trump card"
to control the President or anyone else in power from revealing the
UFO secret. " It can be made very clear to them," Greer told Art
Bell, "that if they don’t play along, the trump card can be played."
On November 30, 1989 an incident occurred in New York City involving
Linda Napolitano and her son. Under hypnosis Linda recalled being
abducted from her 12th floor apartment building on the lower east
side of Manhattan in New York City. Budd Hopkins, a New York City
UFO researcher who had worked with hundreds of abductees,
investigated the case. During the course of the investigation,
Hopkins learned that Linda had received correspondence from a man
who claimed to have witnessed the abduction. The man claimed his car
had stalled two blocks away and that he and two men with him had
witnessed the whole event about 3:30 in the morning. This man, who
wrote Linda and Hopkins about the event, turned out to be the United
Nations Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar . Perez de Cuellar
was in New York City at the time traveling from a heliport into the
city with his two secret service men. After further investigation,
Hopkins determined that Perez de Cuellar was not a witness, but had
been abducted as well. This fact was confirmed by Linda’s son who
identified the Secretary General from twenty photos of men shown to
him by Hopkins, as the man who was with him and comforted him during
the abduction. Hopkins contacted Perez de Cuellar in person about
the letters he had sent to Linda and himself, and de Cuellar didn’t
deny his involvement. Hopkins declined to name Perez de Cuellar in
his book detailing the abduction called Witnessed: The True Story of
the Brooklyn Bridge UFO Abductions. "I feel a great deal of pity for
him," stated Hopkins. Later in 1996 under pressure from the NOVA
television show to make it public, de Cuellar, then a private
citizen denied he had been abducted. The next part of the story is
provided by Dr. Steven Greer who himself has briefed United Nations
Secretary Generals about the UFO/ETI situation. Greer, however,
fully believed that the incident with the Secretary General was not
an abduction but a "covert kidnapping" of the Secretary General.
Greer received his account of the incident from a head of state that
was involved with Perez de Cuellar at the time. This official
described to Greer what had happened.
"He was working with a number of other world leaders to come out
with exactly what CSETI is attempting to do now and he was made to
disappear, as it were, in a faked or hoaxed abduction attempt. Then
he was told on board the craft that he should cease and desist from
any further attempt to bring this information out. If he and the
other leaders didn’t, all of them would be abducted . . . Bud
Hopkins thinks it was an abduction. It was not an abduction". In an
article Dr. Greer wrote detailing his view of the abduction
phenomena, he again spoke of the De Cuellar abduction without
mentioning Perez De Cuellar’s name. In the article Greer added that
the event had so panicked the Bush White House that the disclosure
plans for the UFO secret was immediately called off. He wrote,
"...Worse yet, these capabilities have been used to 'abduct',
intimidate and deceive world leaders on this subject, and to
specifically get them to maintain the secret status of these
programs. Specifically, the abduction of a certain past MAJOR world
leader was orchestrated by covert forces attempting to end a planned
disclosure on this subject by this leader, the US President, the
head of the USSR and others. A first hand witness, who is friends
with this world leader and is himself a head of state, has related
the details of this abduction to me personally. It was an effective,
if horrible attempt to frighten these world leaders into ending
their plans to disclose the UFO information to the world at the end
of the cold war. Both this world leader, and the head of state and
friend who related this to me, did not know that this event was done
by covert human forces. They thought it was an actual alien
abduction! And the message offered to this world leader, by these
hoaxed aliens? 'Cease your plans to disclose our presence to the
world, or we can and will abduct every world leader involved...' How
convenient. Notwithstanding the fact that in this same time frame ET
craft were being seen in a massive wave in Belgium, and one would
soon begin in the volcanic zone of Mexico and around Mexico City, we
are to believe that the E.T.s would abduct a world leader to hide
their presence! This, I am told, 'blew up like an atomic bomb in the
White House', and all plans to effect a disclosure on this subject
were ended, forthwith and forever."
In checking the Greer version of the DuCuellar abduction a series of
events were uncovered that indicated that the Greer story, no matter
how bizarre at first glance, might actually be true. Was there a
worldwide plan to release the UFO secret following the collapse of
the Soviet Union and the cold war? Was there an effort by someone to
stop it? Consider the following:
1. On the day of the De Cuellar abduction, George Bush left
Washington for Malta and the first post cold war summit.
2. The evening of the abduction, only hours before the 3 am
abduction, Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney was meeting
privately with George Bush at the White House. He had just returned
from the Soviet Union and a meeting with Gorbachev. His purpose in
meeting with Bush was to "brief" him about his meeting with
Gorbachev.
3. Rumors have Brian Mulroney in New York City following his visit
with Bush. There were apparently five cars in the De Cuellar
motorcade, and there is at least one rumor that Mulroney was in the
motorcade. Bud Hopkins stated when asked he had never heard about
the Canadian Prime Minister being in the motorcade.
4. The De Cuellar motorcade was, according to Richard one of De
Cuellar’s secret service agents, heading for heliport at Governors
Island. This island on the southern most part of Manhattan is a U.S.
Coast Guard authorized personnel-only complex. The secure complex
was the site of the summit meeting held the year before between
President Reagan and Gorbachev, along with President-elect Bush.
As strange as this story might appear, there is no doubt that some
sort of bizarre abduction event occurred in New York City on
November 30, 1989. There is also little doubt that it involved the
then Secretary General of the United Nations and a number of world
leaders in New York on the night in question to meet about critical
and dramatic shifts in the balance of power among countries of the
world. They were in New York, in effect, to oversee the end of the
"cold war.’ Because of the importance of the players in the event,
and the high classification given to UFO events, it is not
surprising that confusion still rains supreme in attempt to sort out
exactly what occurred in this event.
Bush and SETI: Less spectacular than the story of the possible
abduction of the most powerful man in the world are the stories of
the everyday alien events that occurred in the Bush White House. One
involved the association of the Bush science people in possible
detections of signals from outer space.
The official government funded Search For Extraterrestrial Life (SETI)
program had been killed during the Carter administration. In early
1977, Carter had gone to NASA for support in investigating UFOs, and
had in turn promised continued support for the NASA SETI program,
which had begun in 1974 when NASA first funded "a preliminary
Interstellar Communications Study Group." With the kind support of
the "UFO President," by 1978 NASA had requested $2 million for an
initiation of an all-sky, all frequency search for radio signals
from intelligent extraterrestrial life using some of the existing
antennas of the Deep Space Network at Goldstone, California, and
some state-of-the-art hardware that was to be developed specifically
for the program." Carter’s space people were projected a cost of $15
million over 7 years. It was at this point that conservative
Republican Senator William Proxmire awarded the Carter NASA alien
hunters "a Golden Fleece" award for the project, which he figured
"should be postponed for a few million light-years." Within months
congressional funds for SETI were stricken from the 1979
HUD-appropriation bill. In 1981 Senator Proxmire discovered that the
Carter people were still funneling money into the project. NASA had
spent $500,000 during `980 and the budget for 1981 and 1982 was $1
million a year. The Senator again rose in the Senate to denounce the
spending. When he had finished his speech the money was completely
cut off without a dissenting voice being raised. One would assume
then, that when Bush arrived in the Oval Office all attempts by the
White House to help E.T. phone home would have been a thing of the
past. A book put out by Howard Blum in 1990 seemed to indicate that
was not true. Bush’s Science Director through the office Of Science
and Technology Policy was still actively funding SETI efforts going
on at the NASA Goldstone complex out in the Mojave desert. The man
in charge of the White House effort was Jonathan Thompson, who was
an executive secretary to the President’s Science Advisor, Dr. Allan
Bromley. He had made many trips to the California complex to meet
with the project director and learn if there was any progress in the
E.T. search. In an interview with Howard Blum in a hotel dining room
down the street from the White House, Thompson told Blum that a
well-known SETI scientist at Goldstone had told him the study was
reaping results. He told Thompson, "We’ve been getting some
repetitive noises from space. Very curious signals. When Washington
finds out, it’ll shake them up." Thompson told Blum that just
hearing this had shaken him up. Blum traveled to Goldstone and spoke
to the same SETI scientist who had told the White House
representative that they were picking up signals. The scientist,
however, denied he had said any such thing to Jonathan Thompson.
Blum contacted Thompson, and Thompson confirmed what the scientist
had told him about the signals they were receiving. "They must have
reasons," Thompson told Blum, "for not telling you what they told
me."
Bush Insights: Whether or not George Bush was a deep MJ-12 insider,
or just a Texas oilman who made it to the Oval Office through a
movement of fate, Bush did express his prediction about travel to
other parts of the universe. In a speech marking the 20th
anniversary of man’s landing on the moon President Bush said this
about travel to future stars. We will travel to neighboring stars,
to new worlds, to discover the unknown. And it will not happen in my
lifetime, and probably not during the lives of my children, but a
dream to be realized by future generations must begin with this
generation. We cannot take the next giant leap for mankind tomorrow
unless we take a single step today.
Bush Says UFO Promise Still On
Summary: Therefore, when Cheney arrived in Roswell a few months later, many thought it was a sign of positive things to come. Cheney, to the disappointment of many UFO watchers, simply made his speech with no mention of E.T.s or anything remotely close, and flew on to Wyoming. Disclosure didn’t come, but the UFO hopefuls still remained optimistic.
Vice-President Dick Cheney recently returned to the UFO
capitol of the world - Roswell, New Mexico. It was his first trip
there since a visit there during the waning days of the 2000
Presidential campaign. During his first Roswell visit in late October
2000, newspapers reported, "Cheney was greeted by a sign that depicted
a little green man with a heart and the name ‘Cheney’—as in ‘Space
Aliens Love Cheney.’" Because Cheney had been a former Secretary of
Defense, many within the UFO community speculated that the visit might
have been a hint at an upcoming UFO disclosure. Even the October 26,
2000 New York Times noted the extraterrestrial significance of the
Cheney stopover with its headline "The Alien Factor: And Out in
Roswell." Another reason for the Ufological optimism was that the 2000
Roswell visit by Cheney occurred shortly after the now infamous
meeting between presidential candidate George W. Bush and Arkansas
native Charles Huffer. It was during that July 2000 campaign encounter
that Huffer asked George Bush if he were elected President would he
disclose "the truth about UFOs." Bush in reply stated "Sure. I will .
. . It will be the first thing he (pointing to Cheney) will do. He’ll
get right on it." Therefore, when Cheney arrived in Roswell a few
months later, many thought it was a sign of positive things to come.
Cheney, to the disappointment of many UFO watchers, simply made his
speech with no mention of E.T.s or anything remotely close, and flew
on to Wyoming. Disclosure didn’t come, but the UFO hopefuls still
remained optimistic.
The latest October 2002 visit by Cheney to Roswell also came with
signs that this too could be a nod and a wink to the UFO community.
Instead of speaking at the town hall as he had in 2000, Cheney chose
to speak to the 3,000 faithful inside Hanger 32 at the Roswell
Industrial Air Center. (Formally Roswell Army Air Field) This hanger,
of course, is just a hop and a skip down the tarmac from Hanger 84
where the Roswell alien bodies were rumored to have been stored
following the now famous 1947 Roswell weather balloon crash. The most
recent visit to the old Roswell Air Base also closely mimicked the
visit a fellow Republican, and former president, Ronald Reagan made to
the base for a campaign speech for then Senator Harrison Schmitt in
1982. Like Cheney, Reagan made a short stopover Roswell speech in late
October, just prior to the mid-term election. Like the Cheney visits,
the Reagan visit to the Roswell Air Base also stirred up the UFO
community, occurring only months after Steven Spielberg had visited
the White House and had given a private screening of "E.T.: The
Extraterrestrial" for Reagan and three dozen of his close friends and
colleagues. While giving his Roswell speech, Reagan always prepared to
play to the audience, even mentioned the popular "E.T." in his speech.
That’s the good news. Now for the bad news.
From the beginning of the Bush administration, the promise made to
Charles Huffer for UFO disclosure appeared to quickly fade to a
distant memory. Once in office the President Bush did not make UFOs
the first thing "Cheney would do." In fact, all evidence pointed to
the fact that the Bush White House did nothing on the UFO front. Worse
in fact, in light of perceived threats from every direction, the Bush
administration made new riveting cold-war style secrecy the order of
the day. This new secrecy was not exactly amenable to UFO disclosure.
Moreover, Dick Cheney was asked during an April 2001 Washington D.C.
open line show, "If he had ever been briefed on the subjects of UFOs,
and if so what had he been told." His reply seemed to put out the
final embers of the UFO disclosure fire. "If I had been briefed on
UFOs," replied Cheney, "it probably would have been classified, and I
wouldn’t be talking about it." So it was that when Cheney arrived at
the Roswell Air Base last month, where in 1947 pieces of the first
recovered flying saucer were loaded on planes for Wright-Patterson
AFB, his only objectives appeared to be the same as they were in when
he visited in October 2000 -- votes and money.
The Cheney agenda while in Roswell turned out to be one that would
make any extraterrestrial grimace. His 15-minute prepared speech
centered on war and the latest international boogieman Saddam Hussein,
issues that have elevated the Republicans high in the polls. (Likewise
Saddam Hussein playing the same game - has a popularity rating in his
own country in the high nineties) "Saddam Hussein must disarm," stated
Cheney, "or, for the sake of peace, the United States will disarm
him." The second item on the Cheney Roswell itinerary was oil and
money. In support of Steve Pearce, 2nd Congressional District
Candidate, Cheney was a featured guest at the home of Roswell oilman
George Yates, chairman and chief executive officer of HEYCO Energy
Group. About 250 guests each shelling out $250 attended. Cheney, who
had spent many days in the past year hiding at an unknown location,
was now freely visible and available for photo sessions with couples
that were willing to put up $1,000. And so it was for the Cheney visit
to Roswell. And so it is for elections, and the campaign visits that
precede them. They are in the end about votes, and how to get them. It
is the person with the most votes who wins - not the candidate with
the best plan to save the world. Opinion polls that measure the "what
can you do for me factor" in the electorate, are important despite the
words of former Canadian Prime Minister John Diefenbaker who
reportedly said, "Dogs know what to do with polls." Getting the most
votes takes convincing the people that you best represent the opinions
reflected in the latest pole. It then takes money to get that image to
the voters with advertising, TV commercials, and the like. ($80.00 per
voter is being spent in South Dakota) It also takes the proper
strategy such as sending in your big guns into close races at exactly
the right time to win the marginal vote, as both parties are doing at
the closing bell. A few years back former President of Penn State
University, Dr. Eric Walker, hinted in interviews that he knew quite a
bit about the UFO situation at the highest level. In addition, he
hinted that he had been there in 1947, as policies were being
developed to deal with the UFO situation. Dr. Walker was asked who
made up the group that controlled UFO policy. His reply spoke of
"invited" rather than "elected." "They are a group of elite," he
stated. "If you were invited into this group I would know." In eight
years of contact with various researchers Dr. Walker never indicated
that politicians were involved. He stated that the group was
international in nature, and that one would need the "mind of
Einstein" to understand it. Perhaps as Walker hinted, politicians are
not, and have never been a part of the UFO cover-up. They may simply
be pawns like the rest of us. Politicians, after all are people doing
a job. That job involves following the polls to attract the greatest
number of votes, because re-election, and thereby continued power and
influence, is the name of the game. Find out what people want for
Christmas, and then promise to buy it for them with their own money.
These are items that find no parallel in UFO research. Consequently,
public support has never materialized for UFOs, because the public
does not yet see any financial or security gain coming from
disclosure. UFOs do not yet look like a Christmas present.
UFOs would not be in the top hundred concerns in opinion polls, as
they do not yet represent an economic or security concern such as the
items that now dominate the polls. In addition, the UFO disclosure
movement suffers from the fact that there are very few financial
backers to finance a 21st century UFO political campaign. This is
because the money behind many present day politicians (oil industry,
military, legal firms, business, and big stock holders) is tied into
the "old economy" – the one the UFO technology will leave behind.
People are motivated by self-interest –surprise, surprise! Politicians
are transitory figures who come and go. The president, for example,
has a term of no more than eight years. The UFO phenomenon, by all
indications, is a long-term problem faced by those who hold the reins.
