While in the process of talking to folks like Dustin Hoffman, Steven Spielberg, Natalie Portman, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, and Ronald Perelman, Abby realized she was asking them to confront questions she had never really asked herself and began a two-year course of intensive learning, culminating in becoming a bat mitzvah.
